Buying Engage

Your credit card is charged on the day you buy Engage. That date becomes the anniversary date of when your credit card is charged again in one years' time.

Payment by Cheque or Bank Transfer

We also accept payments by cheque or bank transfer. Please contact us for an invoice.

Upgrading Your Account

You can upgrade your account anytime. If the purchase of additional user licenses pushes you into a larger volume discount, we apply that discount to the entire account and prorate the new licenses for the remainder of your current license year. The new user licenses will then coincide with the anniversary date of your initial purchase. Please contact us to upgrade (purchase additional licenses) your account.

Downgrading Your Account

You can downgrade your account anytime but we don't offer prorated discounts so we recommend that you downgrade close to your anniversary date. Please contact us to downgrade (remove licenses) your account.
