1. The Information We Collect and Store

Log data is certain information that is automatically collected by our systems when you access your Markido Engage account or the Markido web site including the Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, the web page visited before you came to our website, information you search for on our website, locale preferences, date and time stamps associated with transactions, system configuration information and metadata concerning usage stats for the type of features accessed on Markido Engage.

In the course of using Markido Engage, we may collect personal information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personal information is or may be used to provide and improve our service, to administer your use of the service, to better understand your needs and interests, to personalize and improve your experience, and to provide or offer software updates and product announcements. Markido Inc. is an Ottawa, Canada based company whose servers are housed in Newark, NJ. All personal information we collect from our international users is transferred to Canada and processed according to Canadian law.
12. Our Policy toward Children
Our services are not directed to persons under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without their consent, he or she should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information from our files.
