What version of PowerPoint does Engage work with?
Engage works with Windows versions of PowerPoint 2010 - 2019 and Microsoft 365 desktop.
Will Engage work on my Mac?
It won't work on PowerPoint for Mac or Keynote. The only way for Engage to work on a Mac is to install Windows (via Bootcamp) and a Windows version of PowerPoint.
How does Engage get installed?
An email is sent with a link and product key to download and activate Engage.
What if I have an idea to make Engage even better?
Yes, we love to hear your ideas. Many of our best features have been requests from clients like you. Email us here and let us know.
What type of payments do you accept?
In addition to credit cards, we also accept payments made by bank transfer or cheque. Please contact us for an invoice.
Do I always get the latest version of Engage?
Yes, with either the monthly or annual plan you always have access to the latest version of Engage.
If I start with a monthly license can I switch to annual?
Yes, you can switch from the monthly to annual plan at anytime. At your next license renewal date, you will be charged for the annual plan cost and your license will be extended for a full year.
Do you offer volume discounts on your monthly plan?
No. We currently only offer volume discounts on our annual plan.
How long are your contracts?
All Engage plans are sold on either an annual or monthly basis and include upgrades and support.
